obeeba Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

OBEEBA TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ("obeeba," "we," or "us") operates the obeeba app, website, and related design, ordering, delivery, and support services that link to this policy (the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we handle, why we use it, when we disclose it, and how you can exercise your choices. The Services are primarily intended for adults in the United States.

2. Information we collect and how we use it

The information we handle depends on the features you use and the choices you make. Not every category applies to every user.

Information How we get it and why we use it
Account and contact information We use the name, email address, phone number, and preferences you provide to manage your account and communicate with you. If you choose a supported sign-in provider, we use the account details it is authorized to share.
Room media and measurements When you use a room capture or upload feature, it can handle photos, scans, measurements, room layouts, and other information derived from the room content you provide. We use this information to understand your space, show design and fit suggestions, and prepare project specifications.
Design requests and communications We use your requests, preferences, budgets, selections, messages, and feedback to help create and revise your design, support your project, and respond to you. If you choose to use a voice feature, it can process the audio you provide and a transcript to respond to your request.
Address and location We use addresses you provide to quote delivery, calculate applicable tax, fulfill orders, and coordinate installation. If you choose a feature that uses device location, it may use that location to help select an address or check service availability. We may also infer an approximate location from your IP address.
Order, payment, and delivery information We use approved specifications, order and transaction records, payment status and references, recipient details, delivery instructions, and claims to process payments, deliver orders, manage refunds, prevent fraud, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Payment providers handle payment details you enter directly into their payment forms.
Device, usage, and diagnostic information Device and browser details, IP address, interactions, crash information, and security events may be generated as you use the Services. We use them to operate and secure the Services, understand performance, and diagnose problems.
Support and privacy choices We use your support messages, feedback, privacy requests, and records of your permissions and preferences to respond, resolve problems, and honor your choices.

We receive information from you, your use of the Services, and providers involved in your use of a feature or order. A room image can reveal information about people or a household even if it contains no names. Please keep people, private documents, access codes, and other unrelated details out of room captures and uploads. Do not send payment card numbers through chat, support messages, or project uploads.

3. When we disclose information

  • Service providers. We share information needed to operate the Services with providers of hosting, storage, communications, analytics, diagnostics, security, support, and address or map services, depending on the features you use.
  • AI and design providers. When a feature requires sharing personal information with a third-party AI provider, the notice and permission described below apply.
  • Payments and order fulfillment. Payment and fraud-prevention providers receive information needed to support transactions. Manufacturers, shipping carriers, and installation partners receive information needed for their part of an order, such as approved specifications, order details, a delivery address, or access instructions.
  • People you choose to share with. We share project information with designers or other participants when you ask us to or use a feature that shares it with them.
  • Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information to advisers, authorities, or other parties when necessary to comply with law, investigate fraud, protect rights or safety, resolve a dispute, or evaluate or complete a business transfer. We apply safeguards appropriate to the disclosure.

We limit disclosures to what is needed for the relevant purpose and require service providers handling information on our behalf to protect it. A third party's own privacy notice applies to information it collects independently, such as when you follow an external link.

4. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted design or voice features can use the information needed for the request you make, such as room content, measurements, design prompts, audio, or transcripts. We will not share personal information with a third-party AI provider unless we first explain what information will be sent, who will receive it, and why, and obtain your explicit permission. Granting camera, photo, or microphone access is not permission to share that information with a third-party AI provider. If you decline, you may not be able to use the feature that requires the transfer.

Permission to process a design or voice request does not authorize unrelated uses of your identifiable content. If a new provider or purpose is outside the scope of your permission, we will give you a new notice and ask for permission before sharing for that new use.

5. Device permissions, cookies, and communications

  • Camera, photo, microphone, location, or notification permissions support the features that request them. You can change these permissions in your device settings. An optional feature may not work if you turn off the permission it needs.
  • Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect the Services, and understand performance. Where required, we explain additional uses and provide the applicable choices. Your browser settings can also restrict cookies, although some website features may not work as intended.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. We may still send necessary account, order, and service messages. You can contact us to withdraw consent for future processing that depends on it. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already occurred.

6. Retention, security, and processing location

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention depends on the type of information, whether an account, project, or order is active, and our legal, tax, security, and dispute obligations. We keep order records as needed for fulfillment, refunds, warranties, accounting, and claims. We assess room content and voice records separately from order records when deciding what needs to be kept. Backup copies may remain until they expire under the applicable backup schedule. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it as appropriate.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and how it is handled, including limits on access. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. If information is transferred across borders, we take the steps required by applicable law to protect it.

7. Account and information deletion

To request deletion of your account or personal information, contact support@obeeba.com. Uninstalling the app, signing out, and deleting a single project are not the same as deleting your account.

We may verify your identity before processing the request. We delete eligible information and direct service providers acting on our behalf to delete it as required by law. Limited information may remain where necessary to complete an active order, process a refund, handle a dispute, protect security, comply with tax or other legal requirements, or maintain protected backups. We respond within the time required by law and explain applicable exceptions.

8. U.S. privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your information; learn about the categories, sources, purposes, and disclosures of that information; access or obtain a copy; correct it; delete it; withdraw consent; or limit certain uses of sensitive information. Where applicable, you may also opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and appeal a decision about your request.

Email support@obeeba.com to submit a privacy request, including an opt-out request, or to appeal a decision. Include enough information for us to understand the request, but do not send a password or payment card number. We may verify your identity when permitted, and an authorized agent may act for you where permitted. Where the law requires a separate opt-out method or recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we provide or honor it as required. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

The Services are for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create or maintain an account. If we learn that a minor provided personal information, we take steps to close any associated account and handle the information as required by law. A parent or guardian can contact us at support@obeeba.com.

10. Changes and contact

The current version of this policy is available at obeeba.com/legal/privacy. We provide notice of material changes and obtain consent when required. A policy update does not replace any separate permission required for a new use or disclosure.

For questions, privacy requests, or appeals, contact OBEEBA TECHNOLOGIES, INC. at support@obeeba.com.
